Dishwashing attendant — Park County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Park County, Montana. You will work in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
