Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Caddo County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading 4+ years on the tools preferred.
