Great opportunity: natural gas fitter (Niger State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Paikoro, Niger State. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Day-to-day duties: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations We offer ₦1,050 per hour plus benefits.
