Grill cook wanted in North Somerset

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in North Somerset, England. The job is at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Pay around £14 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
