Milling machinist — Rooks County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machinist in Rooks County, Kansas. The job is at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors 1+ years on the tools preferred. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
