Now hiring: we are hiring a glass cutter in Monmouthshire, Wales. Day to day you will handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders. Requirements: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand £2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
