Great opportunity: automotive technician (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive technician in Cumberland County, Illinois. The job is in a roadside repair garage. On a typical shift you will carry out suspension and steering repairs; replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends; recharge and service the air-conditioning system; estimate repair costs and order the right parts; road-test vehicles to confirm the repair; diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool. Requirements: • Good eyesight and methodical fault-finding • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
