Immediate opening: we are hiring a building site helper in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will be based with a civil contractor. What we are looking for: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it The role involves wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
