Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Madison County, Montana. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
