Join our team: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Perkins County, South Dakota. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; record output and downtime on the production sheet; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. You should have: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
