Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Boise County, Idaho. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
