Join our team: GMAW welder (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Saunders County, Nebraska. You will be based on a structural steel site. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
