Vacancy available: we are hiring a production welder in Bacon County, Georgia. Day to day you will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
