Join our team: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Grant County, Washington. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Day to day you will inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports.
