Refrigeration and AC technician • Oneida County, New York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Oneida County, New York. What we are looking for: • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules The role involves: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
