Immediate opening: powder spray gun operator (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Knox County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
