Immediate opening: assembly technician (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an assembly technician in Aitkin County, Minnesota. The job is on a production line. Day to day you will report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier. What we are looking for: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
