Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horticulturist in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. On a typical shift you will maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
