Stainless steel welder — Awgu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Awgu, Enugu State. The job is on a structural steel site. The role involves strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Full-time, day shift.
