Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Portage County, Ohio. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 2+ years on the tools preferred.
