Rebar worker wanted in Buena Vista County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar worker in Buena Vista County, Iowa. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. The role involves: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Meals and transport allowance provided.
