We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Dundee City, Scotland. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
