Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Stanislaus County, California. The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Performance bonus on top of base pay.
