Now hiring: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Ulster County, New York. You will install toughened and laminated safety glass; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass. Requirements: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
