Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. The job is on a dam or embankment job. Day-to-day duties: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin What we are looking for: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
