Immediate opening: we are hiring a combi boiler installer in Morris County, Texas. You will work at a busy gas installation company. Your main tasks: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion 6+ years on the tools preferred.
