Vacancy available: we are hiring a truck driver in Ellis County, Kansas. You will work at a container freight yard. Requirements: • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips On a typical shift you will reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars.
