Meat cutter wanted in Allegany County

Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Allegany County, Maryland. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
