Safety inspector wanted in Brown County

Join our team: we are hiring a safety inspector in Brown County, South Dakota. You will work at an oil and gas facility. Day to day you will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
