Elevator repair technician wanted in Escambia County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Escambia County, Alabama. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Day-to-day duties: • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Requirements: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
