Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in City of Lexington, Virginia. The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 2+ years on the tools preferred.
