Production welder — San Juan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in San Juan County, Washington. You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently The role involves: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls Full-time with occasional weekends.
