We are recruiting: we are hiring a production line operative in Putnam County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Careful handling of tools and components • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts The role involves: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
