Safety marshal — Cape Girardeau County

Join our team: we are hiring a safety marshal in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. The job is in a chemical processing unit. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements On the job you will handle: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
