Dish pit attendant — Bedford

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Bedford, England. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) We offer £11 per hour plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
