Great opportunity: shuttering charge hand (Scotland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. Day to day you will repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer £2,100 per month plus benefits.
