Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand The role involves mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair.
