Join our team: reinforcement fitter (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Redwood County, Minnesota. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing The role involves fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings.
