We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
