Plasterer's mate — City of Fairfax

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in City of Fairfax, Virginia. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. On the job you will handle: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day Rotating shifts.
