Meat trimmer wanted in Potter County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Potter County, Pennsylvania. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
