We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Rockingham County, North Carolina. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
