Vacancy available: we are hiring a bricklayer in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Day-to-day duties: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience.
