Chef de partie wanted in Merrimack County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
