Urgent requirement: HSE supervisor (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Humboldt County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces On a typical shift you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
