Gas metal arc welder wanted in Ravalli County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Ravalli County, Montana. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes On the job you will handle: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
