Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Saunders County, Nebraska. The job is at a residential building site. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks On a typical shift you will forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
