Room service attendant wanted in Tama County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a room service attendant in Tama County, Iowa. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
