We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Chickasaw County, Iowa. You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T The role involves: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
