Cement mason wanted in East Riding of Yorkshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cement mason in East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. The role involves: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Six days a week, one day off.
